Credit to Harden — didn’t think he had this in him at this point, and I’m assuming the Sixers didn’t either.

Still think it worked out for all: he’s a featured player, the Sixers have yet to reap the best stuff from the trade, and those years with Harden helped Maxey make the leap
Final: Clippers 131, Hornets 116. James Harden - 55 points (franchise record).

Johni Broome delivered his best performance as a pro last night for the Blue Coats, posting 30 points, 12 rebounds, 2 assists, a steal, and a block in 34 minutes. He shot 13-of-23 from the field and 4-of-7 from three.
November 22, 2025 at 2:46 PM
Tyrese Maxey with a 50 point performance. His career-high is 52.
November 21, 2025 at 3:26 AM
Paul George has played a ton of “power forward” tonight with these three-guard lineups and has blended in tremendously. He has 21 pts (7/12 FG, 4/7 3PT), 5 rebs, 3 asts, and a steal in 23 mins. His shooting/shotmaking without sacrificing size/defense has been a welcome addition.
November 21, 2025 at 3:02 AM
Maxey’s incredible season rolls on — 40 pts, 7 ast, 4 stocks.

He’s become such a complete offensive player. You can’t guard up on him or he’ll zip by. You can’t go under cause he’ll hit a pull-up three. You can’t guard up in the pick and roll cause he’s making the right reads.

Yesterday, Embiid was listed as doubtful nearly a full day before the game. Now he’s been officially ruled out in advance of this one.
Sixers have an injury report for tonights game vs Milwaukee tonight and it's not great.

Joel Embiid – Right knee — OUT

Kelly Oubre Jr. – Left knee – OUT

Adem Bona – Right Ankle – OUT

Tyrese Maxey — Right Quad — PROBABLE

Paul George is not listed.

Jared McCain is AVAILABLE.

Hate to see Oubre go down after such a strong start. Hopefully he’s not out long. With no Bona, we might see Johni Broome (who just got recalled) get some run in the near future. Even with PG back, the Sixers will have to lean on Justin Edwards considerably.
Sixers injury updates:

Adem Bona (right ankle sprain) is out the next three games.

Kelly Oubre Jr. has a left knee LCL injury. Meeting w/ specialists. Out tomorrow.

Paul George (left knee) and Joel Embiid (right knee) practiced in full. No further details on those two.

That’s up there with one of the worst losses on this young season. Sixers were short handed (again), but so were the Pistons. You gotta find a way to win that game. This roster just lacks so much firepower without Embiid, George, and McCain.
November 15, 2025 at 2:54 AM
The good news is the Sixers finally won a third quarter, 36-25.

The bad news is they’re 0-1 in games where they have won the third quarter.
November 15, 2025 at 2:25 AM
This team is lacking so much shooting beyond Maxey and Edgecombe right now. Besides Justin Edwards who made 2 threes, the rest of the roster has combined for one make.
November 15, 2025 at 1:45 AM
It’s great to have Dominick Barlow back. He has his limitations, but his athleticism, length, and motor at the four spot give this team such a boost.
November 15, 2025 at 1:21 AM
My biggest takeaway of that first quarter is how bad these in-season tournament courts are. Detroit’s court is just painted with several different shades of blue, it doesn’t make any sense.
November 15, 2025 at 1:11 AM
No Cade or Jalen Duren tonight. VJ Edgecombe is good to go.

Sixers-Pistons (again) tonight! Plenty of injury updates to keep an eye on as we get closer to tip-off:

Jared McCain isn’t starting the second half, which likely means his night is over. He logged just over 20 minutes, finishing with 10 points on 3-of-10 shooting, along with 2 assists, 2 rebounds, and 3 turnovers.
November 14, 2025 at 1:18 AM
Jared McCain starts his G League debut with a 10 minute stint. He has 8 points on 2/5 shooting and is 2/3 from the free throw line.
November 14, 2025 at 12:30 AM
Jared McCain is being assigned to the G League and will suit up for the Delaware Blue Coats tonight. Here’s why it’s the right move, who he’ll be playing alongside, and how to watch:

Jared McCain assigned to Delaware Blue Coats
After struggling to find a rhythm in his first three games back, the 2024 first round pick is headed on a baseball-style rehab assignment.

Not a fan of how Nurse has been using Jared McCain. Right now, he’s basically getting one short stint in the first half, and that’s it. Hard to see how he’s supposed to find any rhythm or get his legs under him playing under 10 minutes a game.
November 12, 2025 at 4:29 PM
The Sixers and Celtics have already played three times (nice scheduling, NBA). The total scoring margin across those three? Just 4 points.
November 12, 2025 at 3:38 AM
Justin Edwards’ heroics save the Sixers from an otherwise embarrassing loss. Big November win too — Philly’s now guaranteed at least a season split with Boston. Win in March, and they’ll own the tiebreaker.
November 12, 2025 at 3:34 AM
Holy shit, Justin Edwards has gone nuclear. 22 points in 22 minutes, on 8/8 shooting. He’s 5/5 from three.
November 12, 2025 at 3:13 AM
Celtics win the third quarter 36-20, after Grimes hits a halfcourt shot. The Sixers continue being the worst third quarter team in the NBA, and have shown zero signs of changing that.
November 12, 2025 at 2:55 AM
13-2 run in favor of the Celtics to start the third quarter. The Sixers lead is gone.
