Like me, @harris4lc.bsky.social is a strong advocate for lowering the cost of living, protecting health care access, and making our communities safer.

He’ll provide a fresh voice on the Council and has the qualifications and experience necessary to get things done.

If you’ve gotten a postcard, a note on your door, read an interview in the paper, or heard me speak - know that it really is me behind it all. I’m putting in the work every day on the campaign trail, and I'll continue to put in the work every day on Council 💪

It's been a week, but there's always good to do. Whether a tortoise needs a lift out of the road, or a neighbor needs some water, Las Cruces is a great place to be excellent to each other.

Love to see it

Great to see the plans; it's up to the Council to hold developers to their promises over the next few years!
Public Lands Commissioner Stephanie Garcia Richard announced a new lease Monday of state trust land on the city’s east side in a deal aiming to boost affordable housing stock and build communities of mixed income levels.

After heat and rain, buckled sidewalks are all over town. People ride skateboards, scooters, and wheel chairs over them daily. Maybe the ideal is to demo -> re-pour. But an hour, a concrete saw, and a pry bar could make the sidewalk safe. Even the smallest #quickbuild projects can have a big impact.

This is why I go on about road design - 46 citations doesn't fix underlying issues. This is a complex intersection, ripe for quick-build experiments: maybe close a turn lane with barrels for a day. Traffic grinds to a halt => pull 'em out. If it helps => keep iterating
