It began in 1992 through the UN and has grown into a global celebration of disabled people’s identity and leadership.

Fempowered Together keeps growing every week.

Led by local disabled women, the group provides a safe, supportive space for women across Wigan to connect, share and thrive.

All local women are welcome, every Thursday 11am–1pm at Sunshine House in the Woolfenden Community Room.
