If posting the 10 Commandments in every ND classroom will improve kids' moral character, let's not waste them on only the young. Let's laminate a copy atop the desk of every legislator in Bismarck. After all, what's good for the little chicks must be even better for those old roosters.

I've been looking for ways to remove myself from Zuckerberg's herd of cash cows while maintaining the connections I value on FB. This appears to be one step in that direction.

No matter how much America drills, it will NEVER affect the price of gas at the pump. American refineries can't process the frakked oil America produces. So we will ALWAYS be buying foreign oil for our vehicles.

Forum Communications' edict banning "non-local" topics from the opinion page has ruined it. They might want to pick out a new corporate name. They have stripped that much-read feature of its ability to be a "forum," not to mention their loss of some of their very best writers.
