today she told me i need to go to my doctor and ask for antidepressants 😞 life just doesn’t let up does it
so . my therapist finally acknowledged the fact that i have depression during our last session which is,, something i didn’t ever think i’d have to go through again but . yeah . guess it was no surprise but 😞
