We’re in the middle of an addition project at our house. This morning a crew member told me “his girl” wants a dachshund (we have one). While we were chatting I asked if he has “just the one girl.” After a looong pause he responded, “yeah.” Turns out his “girl” is a girlfriend, not a daughter.💀
