First post on bluesky is an important one to profile the work we are doing to make sure the move to 111 for mental health crisis is working for people and carers. Please share or contact us to talk to us about your experiences.
Our next project will be looking at people's experiences of the mental health crisis line switching to NHS 111. We want to hear your thoughts on this change. If you’ve experienced challenges with your mental health in the last 6 months, or if you support someone who has, get in touch.

Huge thanks to Rameesah who is leaving us for an exciting next chapter in London. A super talented colleague who not only made sure children and young people s voices were heard in health and care in Leeds but who also inspired and supported so many young people to believe they could achieve too! 🥰

Many thanks to the 248 children and young people and 352 parent/carers who spoke to us about their experiences of oral health. Important findings on the impact on c&yp and great to see how the report has been listened to with new and targeted investment in Leeds.
Happy #WorldOralHealthDay! To celebrate, we wanted to highlight the fantastic difference our oral health project had in improving children's and young people's experiences of NHS dentists and access.

So good to meet with partners from the council, hospital, hospice, carers, mental health services around how we move even further on improving the 3Cs of better Communication with people, better co ordination of care and Compassionate care. Exciting things happening but soo much more we could do!

Excellent Peoples Voices Partnership session on AI, health and care and what it could mean to involvement. So much to digest and clearly a lot of potential but also clarity that the dangers of increasing health and access inequalities needs to be at the centre of the thinking.

We haven't called it admin in Leeds, we ve framed it around getting the 3Cs, Communication with people, better Co ordinated care and Compassion right but great national report highlighting the importance of getting the basics right for improved outcomes for people and savings to the system.
🧵Nearly 2 out of 3 people say they (or someone they care for) have had a problem with NHS admin in the past year. And around 1 in 5 people have been invited to an appointment after it was due to happen. www.kingsfund.org.uk/insight-and-...
