Last take-away: Carl Miller insists there is no way they could have told the story without the format of podcasting. Telling an 18 part story that took place over 4 years would have been extremely difficult and less impactful in another format.

Despite being haunted by some aspects of making the podcast, the podcast team managed to get 28 people convicted of attempted murder because of their investigations and saved numerous lives.

One of the biggest challenges the Kill List podcast team encountered was knowing how to tell total strangers that someone wanted them dead.

There were lots of arguments amongst the team and it was a trial and error process.
