Unpopular wine opinions:
1. Chardonnay should be bubbly or oaked. No exceptions.
2. Pinot noir and cab sauv are worse than boxed wine.
3. If the rosé bottle doesn’t say what varietal it is I’m going assume the winery has no idea.
4. Good wine is whatever you like not what trends say are good.
