The great advantage of having QGIS take care of creating randomly distributed sites for fieldwork. don’t think I could have picked a better spot myself to investigate the crossover from human made construction and nature! #Ecobudgets @uibcet.bsky.social @btwnthefjords-uib.bsky.social
In the perfect cross section between anthropogenic constructions and nature, we mapped the vegetation. One of the more unique compositions of species so far in #Ecobudgets.

And this particular one ended up on a roadside in Nygårdsparken! First day of field work! PhD student Hanif Kawousi starting his field work by sampliing a vegetation plot in an urban park.
