Time to regrout at Mom's. I have some words for whoever installed the tile, but I'm confident this will last a lot longer. Frantic install aside, this rapid set grout doesn't need sealing, and if you caulk CORRECTLY, a lot less maintenance. I did crack a tile...epoxy repair will be near invisible.

Emergency water damage repair: exterior sprinkler froze and burst. Thankfully we were able to demo and dry it quickly. 4 days later, the room is dry and ceiling as good as new.
