Gor(Stormblood)
Heading eastward to two fronts to topple the empires schemes, Gor takes up the Samurai's blade, embracing the arts hidden within the stone she awoke with. Previous blade shattered by the Imperial Prince Zenos and allies slain and injured, Gor takes a more aggressive battle stance, lighter armour with a smaller, quicker blade. Her newly forged katana a custom job commissioned to a humble Raen bladesmith encountered within the streets of Kugane, granting Gor a unique katana suited to her tastes. With this she would fight the empire across two fronts, help with growing allies and use of Aetherytes to fight on the front lines in two continents with a deadly rage against the oppressive military might of Garlemald, to free lands and liberate innocents from the unjust punishment for simply being in the Empires eyes. Gor's gear here is alot lighter than in Heavensward, adept for the more warmer environments of Orthard and Gyr Abania, her primary job during this time was mostly the Samurai, wielding a katana that was longer and heavier than most blades for her size, with the saya kitted with a number of smaller blades, here she was a deadly soldier who blitzed through enemies with the blinding agility of a Dragoon and the destructive spellblade arts based on her learnings of the Samurai and Dark Knights.

(aimako) as makotoh and aymeric met at a very difficult time, their impressions of each other were strained. she was quietly distressed, irritated— something about aymeric seemed untrustworthy at their first meeting, yet how he composed himself was impressive to her, especially since alphinaud is so… persistent. aymeric was troubled by the proposition and their seeming lack of understanding of the needs of ishgard, though the reputation of the scions of the seventh dawn preceded them, and he had been half-expecting a conversation like this. what aymeric had not expected was for the warrior of light to be someone like makotoh, which made her all the more fascinating. in spite of everything that could make her position more difficult for her, she was composed and serious in this cold and uncomfortable room. alphinaud did most of the talking while makotoh listened, then gazed back at aymeric intently, unknowingly burning the image of her into his mind. aymeric was able to win back the room, so to speak, once the topic of humanitarian aid to the refugees of mor dhona came around. it was then that he watched makotoh’s features soften with relief. it left such an impression on him that he felt a considerable amount of personal guilt asking her to possibly intercept midgardsormr of all things, but his professionalism covers all of this exceptionally well. for makotoh, she still felt very uncomfortable dealing with the political matters of eorzea, as it is a topic mostly unknown to her and learned only through biased channels. the knowledge that the doman refugees would continue to receive aid, however, was something she felt she had a personal stake in. it was important to her that she bring them some good news. their impressions of one another have changed as they have become emotionally intimate and have grown, but it was founded on mutual respect and fascination, which are still very much present. their impressions of one another have changed as they have become emotionally intimate and have grown, but it was founded on mutual respect and fascination, which are still very much present. Isunnyc: can we take a moment to just think about how incredibly scary magical healing is in-context? You get your insides ripped open but your friend waves his hands and your flesh just pulls back together, agony and evisceration pulling back to a 'kinda hurts' level of pain and you're physically whole, with the 100% expectation that you'll get back up and keep fighting whatever it was that struck you down the first time. You break your arm after falling somewhere and after you're healed instead of looking for 'another way around' everybody just looks at you and goes "okay try again". You've been fighting for hours, you're hungry, thirsty, bleeding, crying from exhaustion, and a hand-wave happens and only two of those things go away. you're still hungry, you're still weak from thirst, but the handwave means you have 'no excuse' to stop.
