Mini clip off praccy of the one tune I sing for my second band. Now I can't do high falsetto or head voice screams like the gods of metal could but I've sussed another way of hitting some of those screams that I've discovered through some more extreme metal band singers who also have my issue.

Replayed Tales of Berseria and Zestiria the last couple weeks.
Berseria is still a phenomenal and very strong game but fuckin hell, I had forgotten and I feel for good reason, how absolutely shite Zestiria is. I love some of the cast but the story, and the combat, and exploration are dire.

Replayed Tales of Berseria and Zestiria the last couple weeks.

So. Dawntrail's story is done? Unlike many I thought it was fine in the end especially after it got fleshed out. Would rather see more like Dawntrail than Endwalker which felt like 2-3 expansions cut and pasted together yet somehow its regarded highly and Dawntrail isn't.

There's a genuine feeling of progress now with my band, with content coming out over the next few months for the first time in years. Not without frustration of course.

The Star Rail/Fate crossover was fun, a bit underwhelming considering how much potential lore for the world and its characters that could have been drawn from regarding Fate.
Think for me the main bore was it was all Penacony which imho was boring as fuck visually and story wise in HSR.

The entry barriers and minimum criteria for entry level jobs especially in the heritage sector here in the UK are horrendous. My passion, knowledge and experience means fuck all because I'm an older, Neurodivergent individual. They wanted my time for volunteering but pay me? Lolno fuck off they say

Since I love the anime, I downloaded the new global version of Umamusume. Didn't expect it to be so fucking hard aha. Enjoyed it mostly, its a nice, relaxing, lighthearted and silly game with all that signature real life parallels to actual Japanese horses the series has because why the fuck not aha

Kna what really pisses me off online about Final Fantasy? Its the fans stuck in the 90s who shit on anything everything that's not Turn Based. There's some mint modern day turn based games out there yes but its not the be all to end all of what makes a Final Fantasy what it is nevermind an RPG!

Been enjoying the Occult Crescent in Final Fantasy XIV, it's downgrade from Bozja for me and has it's flaws but it's exactly the sort of content the game has needed for yonks. It feels more like an MMORPG when so many players are constantly active at once in the same zone working together.

The Oblivion Remaster and Expedition 33 have been two of the most enjoyable games I've played in a good few months. Been in a bit of a slump since Dynasty Warriors Origins dropped because that game was THAT fucking good it raised the bar big time for me

Went to the Netherlands last week to see Tobias Sammet's Avantasia a band I've adored for a long time and it was every bit as magical as I could have hoped for. Tilburg and Den Bosch are also stunning places!

So. Dragonball Daima.
Man, that had so much potential and loved the first part of it, felt like "GT done right" but the story gets muddled, plot holes start forming like pot holes, and its all crammed into 20 episodes.
Seeing Super Saiyan 4 again was awesome though, even if it was brief.

We're no longer playing with NWOBHM legends Avenger in May, but we've gotten ourselves onto this top bill instead. Our drummer is away so just for this gig there'll be a special lineup playing a special set!
