Has anyone found a good casting call Hashtag on here that’s not for the unpaid voice overs?

I saw a casting this morning (just on social media) that are offering to pay the one lead role but all other roles are unpaid. What’s everyone’s thoughts on this? Would it be better if the payment was split between all actors? Even if it’s a small amount?
