In observance of Veterans Day, the HACP central offices and One-Stop Shop at 412 Blvd. of the Allies will be CLOSED on Tues., Nov. 11.

The offices and OSS will reopen at 8 a.m. Weds., Nov. 12.

The HACP has published the proposed 2026 LIPH Flat Rent Schedule.

Comments can be submitted from 8 a.m. Fri., Nov. 7, to 5 p.m. Mon., Dec. 8.

Public Hearings will be held virtually via Zoom at 10 a.m. & 6 p.m. Weds., Nov. 12.

HACP & Long-Term Fitness hosted an educational trip to the Laurel Caverns Saturday & 35 residents had a Happy Halloween thanks to costume donations from the citizens councils!

The Tenant Council hosted a festive Halloween party for residents & passed out treats to trick-or-treaters in the South Side.

Happy Halloween from our friends at Homewood North!

Nearly 40 kids and family members attended a Halloween-themed CPR/AED event Wednesday evening and enjoyed treat bags, games, a dance contest & prizes.

Everyone was very grateful for the gathering!

The HACP CyberBus team joined colleagues from: the Philly HA, Tabor Services, Master Builders Assoc. of W.PA, CVS Health & Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters in #Philly to discuss workforce development in low-income communities.

We hope to see a CyberBus in Philly soon!
