The ancient Romans have a few words for beer: Zythum, a malt beverage the Egyptians drank (and the last entry in the OLD), Cerea or Caelia, a similar beverage drank in Hispania, and Cervesia in Gallia. Regardless of the word you choose, I’d add this one: delicious.
