Hey so. Does anyone have any recommendations for some exercises? I need to get more movement since I’m stuck at home 24/7 and the only thing I’ve found so far that I enjoy is dancing, but I can’t do that without hurting my knees and getting a headache. This time I also got light headed.🥀🥀

Why do I run out of energy so fast man🥀. I was energized (barely) and ready to workout for the first time in months, let the dog out to go to the bathroom, and now I’m too tired to workout?? Genuinely what the hell. Why am I exhausted just from letting the dog out.
