Welp. My 83 year old uncle has stage 4 cancer. Had neck pain before Rosh HaShana, then they found out it's stage 4 metastasized cancer that ate two of his vertebrae, and that he also at some point had a massive heart attack.

Today's 45 degree leg press: 203 kg 15 reps > 213 kg 14 reps > 223 kg 11 reps, but this is the last exercise in my 3-hour full-body workout, so was already pretty spent.

Didn't realize the 45 degree sled's seat's angle can be changed. Now it's more reclined, so I can go deeper without my lower back rising. 193 kg for 15>14 reps, as last exercise of the day, then 173 kg with 2s holds at bottom for 10. +10 kg again next Sunday.

Sadge, my lifting belt landed on Sunday, but due to lazy carriers, seems won't arrive in time for tomorrow's session. Beats stuff that's "arriving today" since October 15th, I guess.
