He'd lost Jason Lee to Natural Vibes, who teamed with Jacky Kamei in Kung Fu Masters to take the Twin Gate belts off of Shun and Diamante. As the old saying goes, it's darkest before dawn. Working on my next round of Disbanded videos. Good god, I somehow forgot how much 2005-2007 was such an absolute mess of alliances. Multiple people joined more than one unit as temporary or unofficial members, started up side project units, or formed new ones and then abruptly left them.

One of the weird rants I go on sometimes is about how time is fake, and that we should have fewer time zones and no DST. Nothing exemplifies that more than NYE. I know several people already in 2026 who are physically closer to me than a lot of people still in 2025. We just made all this stuff up.

FYI, I am referring to the DG rookie trio as "Fuda-gumi" just to make things easier, at least until they either a) get a name, or b) actually join other units.

As both a filmmaker and wrestling editor, oh god stop trying to film wrestling artistically, that is absolutely not your job.
It can be done if your DOP is trying an entire new presentation gimmick, but if one camera randomly has a Dutch angle it's like nails on a chalkboard to video producers.
