I wanted a script I could run on a new Windows box that would install sysmon with @olafhartong.nl's configs, and set logging best practices with Zach Mathis' (Yamato Security) "EnableWindowsLogSettings" configs.

I would suggest looking at the companies in the Netherlands. Probably the most international friendly country in Europe (with real EU work conditions).
Germany looks good on paper, they have good PR but reality sucks. If you're good with the cold, Poland is actually nice too.
