I’m still trying to figure out if I prefer .wav or .flac for my music. Both make Apple Music sound like AM radio. I feel like .wav is a little warmer so it’s great for songs with a lot of nuance. The other feels sharp and is good for something with a lot of production.

HiFi set up for cheap. Total cost $240 for the player and headphones. I selected the HiFi Walker that came with a 128GB card for $120 from Amazon. It’s not the best out there but the dual DAC chips and amp do great on headphones in the 50oms range. Then I got the Pioneer Dj HDJ-x5 from Sweetwater.
