Chris Willenborg, the MassPort appointed director at Hanscom Field claimed on 9/24 that the agency is not notified in advance of ICE flights. Strangely, here is an email of him getting advance notice of two ICE flights with Signature saying that they will keep him updated.

Today’s Signature email is also from Minneapolis. Region by region, airport by airport their management seems unbothered by ICE’s actions - and more than willing to collaborate. Will @billgates.bsky.social help stop this?

Every week roughly a hundred ICE detainees from all over New England are flown out of Pease Airport in Portsmouth, NH. History will harshly judge those who collaborated with ICE and enabled this.

Aircrew and ICE agents conducting flights out of Youngstown, OH are thought to be staying at the Marriott Residence Inn Youngstown Warren/Niles. Email Marriott’s business ethics department at business.ethics@marriott.com, let them know this is not okay and poses a reputational risk to the brand.

Signature has begun taping cardboard over the company logo on its airstairs when servicing ICE flights in Seattle. If you feel the need to hide the company’s name from the public, shouldn’t it trigger serious questions about the morality of what you’re doing?

ICE has officially stopped using Hanscom! We’ve heard from MassPort and Concord police as well as from local media that the last flight was on 7/14. New England ICE flights now appear to be departing from Portsmouth, NH.

Based on documents recently obtained from MassPort, we estimate that no fewer than 1,000 ICE detainees have been flown out of Hanscom Field (KBED) on aircraft fueled by @signatureaviation.bsky.social since the start of the Trump Administration. The actual number is likely much higher.
