So this lady turned herself in long after the protest, and since it wasn't loaded WHEN SHE TURNED IT IN, and missing a recoil assembly, they didn't charge her. What? And they say the gun has to be operable to charge her.. as if we can just open carry everywhere now as long as the gun doesn't work.
