Been wondering how much of the #DeadInternet theory is legit.

There are huge amounts of bot content, but after seeing Metas AI accounts have existed for years, maybe the Internet is dead for the most part.

When the goal is to get eyes on ads, content is just a vehicle and has little value 😭

I love my #steamdeck but the Bluetooth on it seems rubbish. I have ps4/5, xb1/X controllers and all of them seem to drop inputs when used with it. Doesn't matter if I'm close up or far away on the couch.

Its a shame as I replaced my #steamlink with a docked deck but can't play fast paced games now

Glad the #suikoden remaster has been finally confirmed for a march release in 2024, will be interested to see if I enjoy it as much as I did 20 years ago.

I wondered same about #FinalFantasy 7 (OG) and it was brilliant from start to finish.

Everyone else seems to be doing #Top4Games so here is mine off top of my head, although I will probably say something completely different tomorrow.

I don't understand kids these days, they have the entire back catalog of the greatest cartoons and shows humanity has ever created...

Yet they would rather watch some barely audible bloke on YouTube running around a flat minecraft world dressed as a piece of toast.

The other day was discussing the possibility of AMD bringing back some form of Crossfire in newer RDNA models.

The old AFR approaches were fairly sketchy but checkerboard approaches are pretty good and given the work on balancing, scheduling and high speed interconnects it's possible.

I love how Sony bins off Concord yet unironically follows it up with "we are not yet done with live service games"...

It will be interesting to see the sort of UX that Apple goes with on their XR headset, as part of the problem with AR adoption at the moment is how janky everything feels.

If they can nail the feel and cohesion of the eco system they really could blow it wid open for wider adoption.

I can't believe the new reading limits on twitter. The screen scrapers only exist because the APIs got pay walled.

I can see same sort of thing happening to reddit, it's just crazy watching these social platforms implode in realtime.

Anyone know of a good alternative to Nvidia Broadcast which doesn't rely on Nvidia?

I want to upgrade my GPU but nvidia cards are priced appallingly, so AMD is the only other option really but their AMD voice thing is a bit poo and Krisp costs way too much for what it is.

I would really like to see a VR/AR app where you can sit and play a pancake game in an in an environment but with the ability to let others join and chat/watch while being able to give them a controller in VR so they can take control or be a 2nd player/whatever.

I wish we could have another 2d Marvel vs Capcom game. The 3d one is ok but it doesn't handle the same as the 2d ones did.

Oh also we could do with more cross overs, like Square Enix vs Capcom would be a smash hit 😂

I'm really hoping we get more details about the Quest 3 soon. We have heard its got 30% better resolution, but everything else seems to be assumptions.

I agree it probably will be using the XR2Gen2 but no news on its specs or if it has hardware AV1 support and details on pass through capabilities.

Really hoping we get to see the Suikoden remasters in the next month or so.

It seems like ages since we got any info on it.

Hyped for Dragons Dogma 2!

I really enjoyed the first one, and loved how you stumbled upon so much random guff while getting lost at night.

I know loads of people though the world was lifeless and combat boring, but having seen other open world rpgs like FFXV I thought it was great.

The other day I learnt that Final Fantasy Ever Crisis was an episodic gacha like game.

Until now I had assumed it was a remake but with the vision of keeping it as close to the original as possible.

Its such a shame as I would be more hyped to play a remake like that than the main one.

Seeing more talk about how Valve are potentially leveraging the Steamdeck as a stepping stone towards their new VR headset.

The same APUs powering the explosion of handheld devices can also be used to do basic x86 standalone VR/AR.

I'm quite excited to see what Valve can do with the next gen APUs.
