A good point to bring up - be careful with ballot selfies. Taking a picture of your ballot and posting it online is illegal in 13 states and can result in your ballot being discounted. Know your local laws and be smart about what you post online.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. When we did the trans rights letter we quickly figured out that if you cut ~15 people from the masthead, the op-ed pages, and the politics desk, the New York Times would no longer have a transphobia problem. You know all their names.
