Started therapy on Saturday. Given a prescription for SSRI'S today, we are gonna kick mental health's ass this year.

I think I'd be pretty comfy with at least a stream a week on a night that I don't worry about work the next day.
I don't want to commit to a schedule just yet, but the last couple streams have been really cool and given me some mojo back.

Okay so I didn't delete my Twitter or account, but I removed it from the front page of my phone and replaced it with this one.
I choose to simply forget it exists.

To Do List for 2025:

- Finally get into therapy for the absolute dog shit year I've had.
- Look into antidepressants with my doctor to see if I really need them.
- Get back into streaming finally.
- Continue to play a shit ton of Magic the Gathering 🙏.

I need to do better.

The more I scroll on Twitter, the more I wanna just delete my account there. It is just stake ads, bigots and bad vibes dude.
