Would it be possible to pay for Ukraine’s defense by selling “war bonds” on EU exchanges. Back the bonds with an EU+Ukraine mineral rights deal (cutting out the orange moron), if Ukraine wins or interest on Russian seized assets (if Russia wins). Puts Russia in a very bad economic place.
