There are two ladies at my day job who actively keep up with the progress of book 2. And just every time I tell them something new, they’re like YAS YES PLEASE I NEED THIS.

There’s one thing that my debut taught me.

And that is…just make them disabled.

For so long I went around with stories in my head separated into “disabled” and “nondisabled” folders.

And you know what —those “nondisabled” stories are a whole lot more fun to write if you just make them disabled
