Experienced this recently. Looking after self is near impossible try getting by until you feel better. In my case if I had reached out people would have helped. Is that possible? I miss the time mum sent dad to make my bed. Being independent sucks

It's got very fine bubbles like an Aero but way better. Was my fave when in UK. Have found them in the Warehouse occasionally..... thankfully I don't go to TW often

The fireworks began a couple of nights ago but tonight Greta was aware. Tis the season of not wanting to go outside for the bedtime routine 🤦
