Started physical therapy today. It is not looking good. My range of motion and my overall strength isn't where it needs to be.
Got some strength in increasing homework and going 2-3x a week for the foreseeable future.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but if you have friends struggling through the shutdown, consider inviting them over for a family dinner this week. Make too much. Insist they take leftovers home. Some folks can't say they need help out loud but will appreciate the kindness.

Continuing my medical hiatus. I've been prescribed new medications that should help, and I start physical therapy soon.
