@rogers sent us a text at 11:11am: ‘you have no internet. We can’t say why. We can’t say when it’ll be fixed’. Since then…nothing. No internet, no update of any kind. It’s almost 7pm. We need better service here in Canada.

Rogers has the WORST service, and I am a knucklehead for sticking with them this long. How can we have no wi-fi and severely restricted data at the same time?
