I purchased $300 worth of shelf-stable food and some less fragile fruits and vegetables at Costco and dropped at the local food bank.
I prepared and took a healthy dinner to an elderly neighbor couple - vegetarian lasagne, a tossed salad, garlic bread and a bottle of wine.

I attended the protest at the Georgia Capitol. It was well attended.
I have seen photos and reports of the thousands of similar protests.
There was no violence, no smearing feces, no killing police with American flags.
These were peaceful.
