Making buns isn’t terribly difficult, it just takes a little planning and patience. The payoff is 100 fold with superior taste, texture and nutrition! Whole wheat burger buns using specially milled unifine flour that offers more potassium, fiber & magnesium than other conventionally milled flours

🫐 One Fine Breakfast 🫐 Granola, Vanilla Yogurt (vegan, of course), and Blueberries. Quick, and delicious! It’s a great way to get gut healthy cultures, antioxidants, fiber & healthy fats.

Meal “prep” to kick off the week included spaghetti & meatballs for dinner tonight. I rarely buy spaghetti sauce because it’s so easy to make. We prepped beyond meatballs (my Mom’s recipe) yesterday, so today’s dinner was quick and delicious!

Dinner comes together so quick when we work together. Mushroom Risotto with Tofu Picatta, and a simply dressed arugula salad. In hindsight, I could have chopped the arugula to mix in with the risotto, but it was great this way too! It’s nice to have a fancy dinner on a school night. #vegandinner

Vegan Foodie Alert 🚨 Life is stressful rn, indulge if you must! Nat made these 🔥 Papas con Rajas tacos 🌮.

The perfect VEGAN taco is filled with potato, strips (rajas) of onion & peppers, and a tasty gravy… ngl, we added veg sausage 😁. Tortilla is homemade.

Vegan Shoe Purchase: 🫤 Had high hopes for $135 Ⓥ shoes from Matt & Natt’s web shop, but alas not happy w/purchase. They look stunning, but not comfy, felt cheap, and also crinkled and tore on day 1. Wish they were made better cause damnnn I looked good in them!! Return policy is solid 🙏🏽. Thoughts?
