Very interesting read on looking at the evidence for evidence-based therapy. Seeing that it comes down to 5% of patients that get treatment and stay well poses many questions. What is happening to all of these other patients and what else could we use to treat them? @drwilliamsharp.bsky.social

Therapists opening their notes to their patients can hold some benefits but on the contrary, it poses risks for privacy and confidentiality breaches. The element of trust can come from sharing notes but it can be done in other ways without the risk of invading privacy. @drwilliamsharp.bsky.social
