Judge Boasberg rightly held the Govt must “give those it summarily expelled to El Salvador the due process they had been denied.” Absent this relief, it could snatch anyone off the street, hand him to a foreign country “and foreclose any corrective course of action.”

Judge Boasberg rightly held the Govt must “give those it summarily expelled to El Salvador the due process they had been denied.” Absent this relief, it could snatch anyone off the street, hand him to a foreign country “and foreclose any corrective course of action.”

Trump’s Tariffs would be held illegal if the Constitution’s separation of powers were taken seriously. Hell, they’d be struck down by Trump’s Supreme Court if its Major Questions Doctrine and its commitments to original meaning and textualism were consistently applied to Article I and IEEPA. 🔥
