I’m very tempted to give actual budget a try. Free beats #YNAB price $$$$. If it was just me I would dive head first into this but my wife is now proficient at YNAB and might not like another learning curve.

I have been using ai to write custom #Checkmk checks. I got some pretty decent home assistant checks that leverage the #homeassistant api.

I’ve already setup a checkmk agent docker container on truenas scale for some proper nas monitoring. Had Claude make me some #homeassistant and #zwavejs local checks. #ridingthataitrain

I’m having such a wonderful time this weekend trying to move my #Checkmk instance which runs in a VM to docker swarm. Checkmk would not run with NFS as persistent storage.

One of my wifi cameras would randomly drop out. Always attributed it to 💩wifi signal. Turns out it was the microwave. Created a 5ghz only ssid and we’ll see if this resolves the issues.
