the door was installed. So it needed a custom door AND major finishing carpentry. Wound up selling the house as is so the next owner had to deal with it.

charged with calling didn’t know the PECO office in charge of accounts abbreviated the street name. They left the house unsecured for 2 days.
Damage was in line to cost more than 2K, because the door was carpenter hung when the home was built, & the hardwood floor was laid over the threshold after

PECO once got the fire dept to break down the door to my house because their contractor cut an INACTIVE service line. House was unoccupied at the time. I was 10 min away and would have gone to let them in IF they’d called me. But they didn’t find my account, because the PECO office

Not only is it being put in my medicine cabinet for free, the dam’ developer is also emptying my cabinet —over my objections — of all the meds that I need and use and know work and are relatively safe to use.

They performed for a Philadelphia Chamber Music Society concert several years ago. I happened to have bought tickets during a $10 sale, and wow. I was blown away.

Fwiw this is exactly why I shy away from the Olympics. So much pressure on the athletes to compete regardless of injury. I remember the outrage when Babilonia & Gardner withdrew bc of his injury—despite film of him being physically unable to support her body at key points in the routine.
