Now that all eps have dropped, we’re in the “binge period” of a streaming show’s lifecycle. In addition to tracking week to week numbers, a platform takes into account how many folks signup in this period to binge the show. If there’s an uptick in signups and binge viewers, platforms take notice.

I have strong feelings about the Lower Decks finale. But I have absolutely loved this ride and everyone I've met along the way. I wouldn't have it any other way, thank you the creators and to the fans.

I think "A Memory Called Empire" is absolutely rubbish, and I had to drop it at 300 pages due to physiological distress 👍

Being a Star Trek Lower Decks fan is a pain because not only is your show cut short at 5 seasons, but the writers are so unbelievably terrified to write romance that you know there will likely be nothing of the sort in these final few episodes.
