Long ago I was told that a strata council did not have to provide details of a complaint. That would never fly in co-op housing because of natural justice issues - to know the case against you. Now natural justice is moving into the strata complaint process. theprovince.com/life/homes/c...

We do a lot of crane swing and underpinning agreements here for our housing providers. Crane swing with no underpinning are harder to deal with because crane users don't want to compensate for swinging through your client's air space. www.biv.com/news/real-es...
