Today’s kids will never understand the fun of street football. It started out as 2 hand touch until someone got “touched” too hard into a parked car. Then all bets were off. A kid too small to play was always on the lookout for cars. When he/she yelled, “Car,” you simply got out of way & played on.

Today’s kids will never experience the fun of having tennis shoes with hard plastic bottoms. You had to be careful in gym class. Gym floors were like an ice skating rink. If you tried to stop while running, you just kept sliding along.

Today’s kids will never understand the “joy” of having to do chores; before school, after school and on Saturday mornings. Your chores had to be done BEFORE your could watch you favorite Saturday morning cartoons.

Today’s kids will never have the “joy” of taking a bath in #9 wash tub, on Saturday night with homemade lye soap and water heated on the stove because the house only had cold, not hot water. You used an outhouse for the bathroom. No central heating. Only a coal stove. Fun times.

As we get further into Trump’s term, remember this. If the Trump Administrative says someone is under investigation, they don’t have the evidence to arrest that person. All the Trump Administration is trying to do is damage that person’s reputation.

Donald Trump was given two strong economies, from Obama and Biden. All Trump had to do was leave things alone and take the credit. But, no. History will show Donald Trump jacked up not one, but, two different economies by being an idiot who couldn’t leave well enough alone. Damn shame.

Rep. Nancy Mace has lost her friggin’ mind. She wants to rename the former Black Lives Matter Plaza in Washington, D.C. to Charlie Kirk Freedom of Speech Plaza. Mace also says the BLM movement is a terrorist movement. As I always say. You can’t fix stupid.

I LOVED the Baltimore Colts. So I HATE the Indianapolis Colts. But, Phillip Rivers has been catching it from the media all week. Even Cam Newton had something to say. I hope Rivers plays well today. I always root for the old guys, unless they’re Tom Brady. And it will shut the media up.

In 1957, I was born in the “Colored Section,” of the Winchester, Va. Memorial Hospital to a single mom. During this time, single moms, especially minority single moms, were considered be unfit. They were often sterilized after they gave birth. Luckily that didn’t happen to my Mom.
