I cant help but wonder if the confidence-shattering, humiliating defeat was worth the extra money made by playing an extra game.

I suspect not.

Any Welsh green shoots seen in the other autumn internationals have been crushed under the boots of the Springboks

Just heard The Fairytale of New York on the radio- first Christmas tune of the season.

Whilst I’d love to be grumpy about it, I don’t have it in me- I love this song and the festive season is on the way 🎄🎅🏻⭐️

A very entertaining trip to the Principality with 11 tries scored- just a shame seven of them were by Argentina!

Nice to see LRZ back in a Wales jersey.

I’m currently watching the latest season of Strange New Worlds. Mostly it’s felt lacklustre & I’ve been disappointed.

However tonight I watched Through the Lens of Time & I was blown away.

It felt like the perfect combination of old & new trek.

I loved every second of it.

Ultra Processed People is blowing my mind.

I knew ultra processed food was bad for me (and everyone else), but learning just how damaging & addictive it is has been eye-opening.

It explains the struggles I have had with weight and food my whole life & that is empowering for change.

Sadly I’ve discovered my elderly Mac isn’t up to the challenge of running #FM26. After the two year wait, it’s kinda frustrating.

On the other hand, my social life and wallet are breathing a sigh of relief…

At last. Time to stop listening to his aides who pander to Reform voters who will never tick the Labour box anyway, and actually show some desperately needed leadership on the #ClimateCrisis.

I don’t often watch the Bundesliga, but I’m glad I did tonight. Bayern Dortmund was a fantastic game!

Feel like Dortmund deserved a point for their second half performance.

Tonight it’s a re-read of Back to Basics before swinging into Friends and Foes for the first time!

Another trip to Cardiff means another chance to grab an excellent coffee.

Kin +Ilk in Pontcanna was the cafe of choice this morning. Excellent Colombian filter has fuelled my morning so far!

Good climate news this morning: Renewables overtake coal as the biggest source of energy on the planet.

But disappointing to see Europe not keeping up with the trend.

In the UK we need Labour to use their huge majority to take positive action on the Climate Crisis
