Pluribus is the best new show of 2025. And it's not close.

Brooks Wackerman was my #1 pick to see take on the Drumeo "Hears for the first time" challenge. I can't wait to see what song they gave him!

Tarantino wrote a prequel to Once Upon A Time In Hollywood and Fincher is directing. What a wild and intriguing pairing!
David Fincher’s ‘THE ADVENTURES OF CLIFF BOOTH’ will be released in Summer 2026.

Netflix is looking at a potential robust theatrical rollout for the film.

RIP to anyone who released a game yesterday.
There were 21 Popular New Releases alone!

Escape the Backrooms, Farthest Frontier, Darkblade Ascent, Dark Hours and Onirism all hit 1.0 the same day.

Staples like Jackbox 11 only spent a few hours on the front page.

Last night's wild Game 7 has me fully baseball-brained!

I want to see someone make a baseball roguelike! Each game is a run. You could have meta progression across the "season". And the playoffs are a hardcore gauntlet at the end.

It's worked for other sports. I'm putting it out into the ether

It feels like Xbox really did Double Fine dirty here. This is their first game after Psychonauts 2!

Was I simply not looking in the right places, or was Keeper barely advertised at all??!!

I hate it here.

What will it take for these once scrappy visionaries to realize the monstrosity they're supporting?

Woof. What a brutally jam packed launch day!
Best of luck to all the devs out there vying for attention

AFI and Thrice have entered the chat.

Wild that these 2 legendary hardcore punks bands both released their 12th albums on the same day, and that they've both aged so wonderfully!

AFI is entering a bold new era that I hope to see them develop further. And Thrice put out their best in a decade 🤘

So much great new music this year! And I'm excited for heaps of upcoming albums.

But my top of the year so far have been (in order):

Propagandhi
Bury Tomorrow
Laura Jane Grace
Hot Mulligan

It's WILD how common it's become to see years-old, well-loved Steam games suddenly have

RECENT REVIEWS: Mixed

Are the standards of the average gamer rising? A social shift, of players being more openly critical? Most likely, people are just being more protective of how their dollars are spent

Do we think it's because they added or removed more Cartman Kirk?

YouTube is crazy man. All I did was flip the layout to have text on the left and the character on the right

I'm going to have to give The Blue Nowhere like 30 more listens to unpack it all. This album is a wild ride! And I only really knew a little bit of Between The Buried And Me before now. Even after just today's sporadic listening, it's obvious this album is something special.

Every small/mod-sized band Wikipedia page dropped off a cliff like 5 years ago.

Their history sections barely get updated. New albums don't even link to standalone pages.

It went from one of the quickest, most reliable ways to see what musicians were up to, to pretty well useless

The MCU has put out some great stuff recently, but none of it matters because they overreached and lost the general audience.

They might as well go all-in on a trough full of fan service slop before giving it a reboot. Good or bad. I'm invested in seeing how the last few movies of this era pans out

I know games rarely get the coveted Steam banner for more than 1 day. But did they seriously bump one of the biggest game launches EVER for NBA 2K26?? 🤡

The trailer overperformed like CRAZY!

I think they realized they had a shot at a fun summer hit, rather than dumping it in the fall with only 2 months of marketing.

That's the Karl Urban effect baby!

Bummed to hear Michael Longfellow is leaving SNL. He was always interesting. And the few times they made effective use of him, he was brilliant!

Also a damn shame they managed go 3 seasons without ever pairing him with Mike Meyers.

I've been in a daily NYT Mini competition with 3 other people for at least a year.

It just got paywalled. Guess I'll uninstall the whole app.
