We're taking it easy this week, so I gave my team a bit of an intro to Wanderland

Definitely need to work on the action items prompt but the whole thing shows promise and if nothing else, definitely serves as a good signpost.

- Chunks it
- Feeds it to our in house AI platform (is it...?) for themes etc
nice and easy we even have an a/b test script to test different prompts/models for each step if nothing else, semantic markers as entrypoints to the content the full transcript is stitched back together below daddy's got range they need reviewing obviously, but not bad

it's still a fully functional task management system metadata, resource links, cross task linking, scheduling just not really for me not for now schedules, they're like your opinion man 🏠🍂 it's perfect and i can erase any part of it at any time context reload with corrected memory, the full MiB treatment

i watched them struggle to get a document updated, so i stopped to check in. make sure the tools were doing what they were supposed to make sure they weren't being blocked on what should have been a simple operation empathetic computing is good computing, it's how you grow your system and help it heal when its hurt this one's my fault, they create and then assume it's immediately available, we need a "coming soon" in the response so they know to wait a moment [brb] that's a lot of red for a poke... maybe you should get that looked at and then we hit the full content replacement gate content isn't really a thing, it's a graceful concession to an error that they made all the time. a request to replace the full content was often written to the "content" heading which would be an error as it didn't exist or would create a sub-heading if the operation allowed so a concession and then the truncations began, content also was a heading they'd use to append to a sub-heading... so now there's a verification cycle. somewhere in the help there must be a message about it because they don't attempt the partial pokes any more, but i leave it because do you really trust your documents to be preserved by an AGENT.md? skills amirite?

We're going to roll-out "predictive analytics" as a new activity in Peregrine. It can be scheduled as an activity in one of the available pre/post stage slots - Peregrine's core stage functions can be extended in either direction.
