Since April of 2025, I went to Japan with an art group. A long time dream I always wanted to go. Taking this trip helped me returned to old roots since my youth - like drawing Manga, self-kindness, going with the flow, and a meditative spirit. I’ll cherish these memories forever. ❤️

When it comes to story writing, whatever themes you're exploring or inspiration, you gotta do a lot of research outside your comfort zone. You can choose how much time you wanna spend researching while balance it with your workflow. It's a fun journey. 😊

The greatest accomplishment in my healing journey is not to react anymore. When you respond properly and not react, no matter who you interact, you earn more respect. It's your intuition strengthening you how to interact better.

It's been 8 months since I started growing my hair out. The treatment is paying off. I'm getting more comfortable in feeling it brushing on my upper back. Will be a year remaining til I reach my goal. ^^

I come back to this lesson time to time to not let toxic positive habits get the better of us. There's a time and place to be positive without being condescending.
Everyone grieves at their own pace. No need to rush them nor cheer them up too hard. Only holding space is important and listen.
