When it comes to recent trends such as gacha practices or generative ai I feel people are too bent on combating them with established laws than making news laws or setting new precedents. Established laws can’t be flexed for everything.

One thing I'm noticing about Trump's second term is that it's substantially less appealing to people than his first and a lot less people are willing to bat for him, even if he managed to win the popular vote this election.

Feel like there’s this weird mistrust of doctors now that got worst since covid. People act like doctor’s have some sinister intent because they can’t miracle cure everything and certain cases of malpractice exist which is laughable to me.

People are pretty short-sighted when talking about culture. Someone could find some oddball weird thing in China and India and assume it’s some national thing when the scope of it is actually limited. This is true of all nations, does anyone think Americans are Florida men?

The problem with people on social media is that people don’t look at anyone as an individual and instead try to insert them into some collective as if to prove anything they do and say has no worth somehow. Nothing can be seen as something in of itself.

People shit on Ultimate Wolverine for being bland in how it adapts the character into the setting and just not hitting the high notes that define his solo stories but I gotta admit the art is pretty damn solid and you could make the case it does action scene paneling better than

I feel what annoys me about a lot of gacha titles is that there's a creative drive that underlies a lot of them but they're forced to do really crappy things to the structure and gameplay to justify its lame monetary structure. Arknights feels the most egregious to me in this way.
