My cats (well, one cat one kitten) have a love/bother relationship, but sometimes I think they’re gonna be ok.

If you think about it, the band Lynyrd Skynyrd is our modern Ship of Theseus.

Dear #ukulele players. Anyone got any tips of playing barre chords? I’ve been struggling with b flat for weeks and can’t get it right, and it seems half the songs I want to play have them.
Any help is appreciated.

Brilliant!
had the big brain realization that you could just whip up a whole D&D cast/NPC list from Whose Line prompts alone

You allowing someone on your news to say Carney caved is insulting and disgusting. The bias of this segment was obscene and below you. I used to believe you were better than this, that I could trust you not to do this kind of crap. Guess I was wrong.

I started collecting comics right as the 80’s Secret Wars began. Jim shooter was the writer, and he immediately became a favourite of a teenaged me. I met him once, and he was nice and answered my questions. I’m sorry to learn of his passing and my sympathies go out to his family and friends.

Hi everyone. Meet George. He’s nine weeks old and her mere existence drives his new older sister up the wall.

Now that “Night Court” is over, it’s time to give John Larroquette a show where he is a book store owner who solves murders.
Hollywood, get on it!

I used to listen to Dr. Demento in the 80’s on Chum FM. First the good doctor, then the comedy show, then the old time radio drama show. That was a great was to spend a Sunday night. He was a part of my teenage years and I’ll never forget how great the show was.

If Sha-na-na were founded today, they would be singing the music of the 1990’s. And I, for one, would love to hear a doo-wop version of “Smells Like Teen Spirit” or “Wannabe.”

You knew when you saw Peter David’s name it was going to be well written and entertaining. He was a legend.

I have to admit, going by 1980’s entertainment, I thought pens leaking in my shirt pocket and leaving a huge and embarrassing stain would be a bigger problem than it turned out to be.

I don’t think any of us could see how Cheech Marin’s parody song “Born in East L.A.” could come true. Yet here we are.

I think TV detective shows peaked in the 1980’s with “Riptide.” They operated out of a houseboat, used a speedboat, helicopter, sports car, a 4 wheeled drive car, and a robot. Add plenty of manly chest hair and you’ve got a winner.

I have a joke that I’ve held for over 40 years, since I was in middle school. I always thought that, if I ever write a murder mystery book or play, I would use it because it makes me laugh.
I’m writing a comedic murder mystery play and used it today. It feels good. Like an itch has been scratched.

I think a Canadian national song contest, like Eurovision, would be a cool idea. I’d like to see what my country’s songwriters, singers and bands could come up with. We already have amazing musical artists here, so why not?

I remember seeing Star Wars in the theatre for the first time. Dad took me. I had my Luke Skywalker action figure, because the stores were all out of Darth Vader. I hadn’t seen the movie yet, but I needed an action figure to see it. The movie was astounding, exciting, amazing, frightening, ⬇️

Why is there never enough ketchup for the grilled cheese? No matter how much ketchup
I put on the plate for my grilled cheese, there’s never enough. Either the bread absorbs a lot of ketchup or some sort of ketchup black hole opens up.
Is there some sort of scientific paper on this phenomena?

I forgot to look up to see if I could see Betelgeuse last night. I don’t know much about supernovas so can someone tell me did I miss my chance or is this going to go on for awhile?
