How do they work?

Every year I would spend a lot of time arranging this Clematis up my trellis, end result, few flowers. This year did what I do best, which is nothing and lots of flowers, go figure

Going to create one,will include the Viola

The rosemary #Bonsai trying hard not to be upstaged by the viola that just moved itself in.
