Enhancing Teacher Confidence and English Learner Support
Teachers participating in the cohorts shared that OER gave them confidence, time-saving tools, and a sense of community. By joining Pathways Project’s community of practice, many of these world language teachers described moving from feeling isolated in their schools to feeling connected through collaboration with peers across the state and engage in transforming their practice through OER-enabled pedagogy (OEP)—retaining, reusing, revising, remixing, and redistributing openly licensed materials.
