Agree those killings in international waters are problematic to us outside looking in. Having worked on a JOC staff I'm unsure what the tactical commander was presented by the JAG rep and the J2 but I’m sure it wasn’t nothing.

They don’t have a choice; they have to be on board until the order given is illegal. Immoral or stupid can still be legal things, and if good people resign over them who will be there when the illegal orders come?
