Charlotte FD just released a recruitment video for its upcoming hiring. There was maybe a half second of EMS in it! We need to do better setting expectations for incoming recruits. The romanticizing of only fire scenes just adds to the growing problem of firefighter disinterest EMS, 80% of the job.
